Review content:
They were recommended to us, so we called to have them come out and measure a job for us. The person at their office was great; he set up an appointment time for a couple of days later. The guy showed up about 2 hours after their 2 hour window. He called to let us know he'd be late, but still, when you have to take off work to meet these folks because they refuse to have weekend hours, the least they could do is be on time. He measured the job and said he would call back before the end of the day with the cost. We didn't hear back from him, so out of frustration we called a couple of other glass companies and guess what... they were both 20 - 25% cheaper for the same materials/work!!! When Binswanger finally did bother to call back we told them to take a hike. They didn't seem to care, but at least we didn't get ripped off.
