When I scheduled my appointment, I was told to be home promptly by 3 because they finish servicing at 4:00. I left work early to meet them & they never showed up or called to indicate that they would be late. After leaving 2 messages, I finally received a call back at 4:30 saying that they could come tomorrow, which would require me to leave work early a second day. The lady was very hasty in the conversation. I asked if I could receive a discount for their lack of attention & she said no, so I did not proceed to use their services. I will go somewhere with better customer service.
