I do not think it is satisfactory where the owner writes a review "called clearing up the confusion", but did not clear up anything. I was on my way there to look for a part, but I do not think this company will get mybusiness. It is pure arrogance to treat customers this way. These are people that are spending their money at your business. You should show tact even if a customer is wrong. To respond negatively, be of little help, or act in a manner that is rude is not only extremely unprofessional for a business, but shows a profound lack of maturity. Immature people are not able to hold their tongues. The mature thing would consist of getting all of these employees in a meeting and saying "hey, we are losing business (they just lost mine) we need to be more helpful and nicer to the customers no matter what. If the customers are rude, so what, if we are nice to them, we still get their money. They're still paying for something." To do anything other than that is childish and
