A couple of months ago i took my hamster to see the new exotic vet at vetco burbank, seemed nice but when i ket asking her questions about my pet she didnt seem to have the straight answer, either way my hamster had an exam and she was given medication, the next day my hamster died, I was furious so obviously i went for answers, somehow i could not get straight answers she kept going around in circles,I HONESTLY DONT THINK SHE KNOWS A THING ABOUT EXOTIC ANIMALS I ASKED AS WELL IF MY PET WAS A MALE OR FEMALE THAT DAY FOR THE EXAM AND SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO TELL ME HOW CAN THAT BE??? I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE WOULD TRUST THEIR BUISNESS ON A DOCTOR WHO PRETENDS TO KNOW ABOUT EXOTIC ANIMALS, I ALSO LOOKED HER UP TO SEE IF SHE WAS CERTIFIED IN EXOTICS AND SUPRISE DR. HIRSBEIN IS NOT SO BEWARE OF THIS VET AND HER PRACTICE SHE DEFINITELY IN MY OPINION DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING.
