This place has gone downhill ever since they got a new manager. Vetco had done a huge turnaround when they hired the former manager Maggie. She got rid of the bad staff that was working there when she got hired, which was a bad bad bunch! She always had a smile on her face. She had a genuine love for every pet that walked in the door! She would mingle with all of us waiting in the lobby, giving each pet attention and answering any questions people had. And if she didn't have the answer, she got it for you. I cannot believe Vetco got rid of such a caring, helpful employee!! This new manager is rude, and doesn't show any care for the pets, it is all about money. I heard yesterday that this new manager fired my favorite tech this week as well! The staff used to seem happy to be at work and now they just look miserable. Whatever Vetco is doing, over hauling the hospital staff, well, it is a huge mistake. One bad apple can truly spoil the whole bunch and this new manager is that
