Review content:
It has become my mission to let the public know that my Boston Terrier almost lost her life at Best Friends Pet Care. She was bit by a dog while playing, and no one at "Best Friends" could tell us what happened. (Even though they say someone is with the pups the entire time they play.) After being bit, the vet was not sure if my Boston had enough skin to cover the hole where the puncture wound occurred. She survived after I hand fed her for 2 days with a dropper. The manager at "Best Friends" felt bad, they gave us our prepaid money back, but refused to pay for the vet bill. (The manager even stated she felt that was wrong.) So, be careful when signing the contract there--ask questions. We decided not to take them to court, but would have if my Boston would have died. Instead, I will continue to spread the word to NOT take your dog here! It was a devastating time for us.
