Review content:
We have been nothing but completely staisfied with the staff and service at Research Pet and Bird Hospital. We were not exactly looking for a dog, but while visiting a ranch in the HIll Country our dog found us! We have been taking him to the clinic for vet care and grroming (Randi is awesome) and have really been happy with the level care. The staff are all well trained and really helpful and friendly.\r
The BEST part has been finding our trainer, Ruben! Our dog, Lucky came to us lacking some of his social skills. Ruben has been working with Lucky (and us!) for a couple of weeks and we have noticed a huge change in his behavior (and ours!) already. Ruben has taken the time to really get to know the dog as well as us. He is super skilled and has a great personality. He is helping us tackle some really challenging behaviors including aggression towards other animals and bikes. \r
