Review content:
As a cat and dog owner for many years, I have gone to several Vets around Austin. Brykerwood Veterinarians are my favorite because they are compassionate, patient, and professional. Unfortunately their front desk personnel make a lousy first impression. They seem to be terminally understaffed, and unfortunately the clients suffer. In the past, I have stood for a long time at the front desk window waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Today, alone, I was put on hold 3 times and had to give up because it was such a long wait. The clinic must add another staff member just to answer phones and help clients pay their bills. Sadly, Brykerwood has just lost another client.
Pros: Great vets
Cons: Lousy front desk support
