As a frequent customer of City of Flowers, I was surprised to see anything made by City of Flowers to be characterized as "dated" and "ordinary." I cannot speak for the other reviewer, but every arrangement, fruit basket, and bouquet, I have ever received has looked amazing. Beauty is timeless and I believe the products made by City of Flowers embody this ideal.\r

I can, however, agree to the shop being very nice and exceedingly helpful. In emergencies, no one can come through like CoF can. I once ordered flowers at 8AM due to an emergency and managed to get them in hand by 9AM. There is no other shop I would order flowers from.
