Review content:
I had written a review last July when my cat, Raven took ill with kidney disease. With their assistance, we were able to maintain her quality of life but sadly, we had to make that difficult decision and Raven was put to rest on March 15th, 2008, 10 days after her 15th birthday. The staff was warm, caring and very gentle with her and it gave my husband and I a great deal of comfort to know that we were able to control Raven's passing at North Plano Animal Hospital. The last people she saw, were those who loved and cared for her and she was able to go in total peace. If you chose to complain about the cost of your animal's health, then think twice about owning a pet. Everything is on the rise, including veterinary costs... to us, it is worth it because we love them dearly... we have other animals and we will continue to take them to this clinic because we are confident that they will provide them with the best medical care.
