Just last month, I stormed out of both of the big national furniture chains in our area. So frustrated, all I wanted was a queen mattress set. I didnt want to be guilt-ed into buying a whole new bed or room full of furniture. I also didnt want to spend a few thousand on names I honestly never heard of. Driving up through Hawley, I spied Teeters Furniture. I knew they had carpet sales and furniture, but I never really thought of them as a place to get a deal on a mattress set. Boy was I wrong. They had exactly the brand I was looking for (Baa Baah LOL) and the two guys who were helping me could name every style and size they had in stock. There was no running off for little brochures or talking to me behind a computer monitor, telling me what they might be able to order. I got a fantastic, extra firm set, for about 15% less than what I had seen earlier in the day. Plus there wasnt the extra haggling at the end - they offer free set up, delivery, and removal of the old stuff.
