I would not normally come to this store because it is out of my area but this is just another example of how Barnes & Noble's customer service is out of this world. I was looking for a book that my child needed for school and because we didnt look for the book fast enough my local Barnes and Noble ran out of it. Barnes and Noble called every store near me and they found a copy at this location. They held it for me until I was able to get there.
