Review content:
Moves Are Us was the destination of my one-way trip from St. Louis. I left the handtruck at the St. Louis Budget, who gave me a written receipt to show Moves Are Us when I dropped off the truck. Although I arrived during business hours, no one was in the office, just a note on the door saying he would be "back in a few minutes". I called the office number, explained the dolly situation, and left all paperwork and keys in the afterhours box. I get a call a few hours later from the owner saying that, because he was unable to contact the St. Louis store, he was going to have my debit card charged an additional $75 for a "missing" dolly in order to close out the ticket.\r

Because he flatly refused to hold off closing the ticket or to bring Budget Customer Service on the line to handle this without overcharging my debit card, I told him I would contact them myself and call him back. Budget Customer Service explained that he could in fact apply a "pending close" to close the ticket out for
