I would have given them zero stars if I could have. This hospital gave me the worst experience at a vet ever. I brought my cat who was very very ill to this hospital because she needed a blood transfusion, something my normal vet couldnt do. The doctors here, specifically Joon Im and Jeff Yu, were condescending, impatient and rude. They act like every question you ask is a waste of their time. When I didn't understand every medical term they used and asked for more clarification they just get EVEN more condescending. Every minute they have to spend talking to you about your pet's condition is a profound annoyance to these two doctors. These doctors couldnt care less about you or your pets and can't even bring themselves to hide it. When I asked for a litter box and food to be keep in her cage at all times (she's in renal failure and very underweight), ALL I GOT WAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. Think of it this way, if they treat YOU so badly, do you really think they will treat your help
