I was very disappointed with the over all 3 1/2 year experience with this daycare. In the end it is all about "numbers" (per Michelle) when you ask if your child is placed in the right room for their development. You try and give them a chance, then come across a former employee that stated she left Grand Pointe due to being appalled by things that happened and were not reported to the state (that should have been) by the staff. Cleanliness varies on which building your child attends. On picture day, my child had a temp (THAT IS VISIBLE IN THE PICTURE) @ 10:30am and I was not notified at all. All day. When I picked her up @ 4pm her temp was 102.4 (strep) and she looked about the same in the eyes as she did in the pic. with goose bumps on her arms ect. To me this equals unsatisfactory care. The toddler building was/appeared clean, though most of the children's noses were usually running/snotty (except your child) when you pick up. When there is not enough toilets in the pre-sc
