Review content:
The doctors at Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty have no heart. I took my pug mix who was diagnosed with bladder cancer 1.5 years ago in one morning because they were closest to my apartment and she was in pain. I had never seen her this way--she was panting, shaking, and couldn't walk very well. After I told them she has a long history of bladder issues, and that they needed to be sure to carefully read her previous records/history, they told me they needed to run some tests. They required me to put down a deposit of $330 before I left, and said I could come back later to pick her up. About 2 hours later Dr. Potter called me to tell me he thought she had bladder stones and wanted to see if I would let them take xrays (another $200). I said no because I knew she probably did have some, as she has had them in the past and the only solution is surgery which I didn't want to put her through at age 14. Also, I had been told by other vets that the stones would more than likley come
