I've been to this restaurant several times and I don't think I'll go gain. While the food is okay and the prices low and it's a great place for kids with their indoor trolley car and their four-poster bed booths, I find their service lacking. On one visit, we were seated near the kitchen and you could here the staff arguing. This was exacerbated as they came out and continued their discussion while clearing off the table next to ours. Then, they proceeded to carpet-sweep the rug while we were eating. They brought the bill without asking us if we wanted dessert and we definitely had the impression that it was time for us to leave. (And no, we did not have any screaming children with us--it was just me and a friend.) Another visit was equally unsatisfying, with items forgotten and a less than apologetic attitude. There is also a long wait at times and I don't think they take reservations. Try it once if you have young kids, but I bet that will be enough.
