These guys were called in to repair my refrigerator. I got their name as an authorized repair agent from maytag. I wish I had checked this forum before calling them. Any way, they came in and listed a few parts to replace. I asked whether, if I do this, will the problem (not cooling enough) will go away. They assured me it will.I agreed for the $400 fix. It took him 10 minutes to fix, though $225 was for labor. What a rip off. I still thought it is OK because the man might know his work and finished it fast. It worked for few days. After that we were back to square one. After paying $400 nothing is fixed. Then their true character came out. They gave me a run around for a month. After that they said should be paid for coming and checking on the work they did not finish in the first place. Their customersservice yelled and cursed at me. How could I spend more money on them when they did not fix the problem in the first place. I called another local place. They fixed the issue for $135 i
