I have a long hair Shih Tzu named Tiki. I brush him everyday with what I was told "the best brush" for long haired dogs. I never knew there was a dematting brush that gets down in the coat where most slicker brushes don't even come close. Anyway, I walked into Tidy Paws with Tiki, without an appointment. They took Tiki in but could not give me a definite time as to when I could pick up. I could see why - they groom, bathe, answer phones and greet clients. I picked up Tiki later that day. He was so handsome and thats when they informed me how matted he actually was. I apologized because I thought I was doing a good job of staying on top of it then angry that the "best brush" I had bought ACTUALLY COST MORE THEN THE GROOM!!!! So much for fancy salons. Cindy thank you so much, you have my business for Tiki's life. Most groomers do not take walk-ins so it was most appreciated.
