I bought a puppy here who they claimed was a pure bred shih tzu. When dog grew up clearly he was not a pure breed. Took him in here for grooming because this is the place I bought him. Dropped him off at 9am and called at 3pm to see why he wasn't finished and they stated they were busy and he might have to spend the night. Obviously I am not going to let my dog spend the night in a groomers small cage. The lady accused me of not brushing him and stated she had to shave him short because he was matted. I brush this dog twice a day, everyday. I was letting his hair grow long because I was told by them he was a pure blood. Full blood Shih Tzu's fur may be grown out long and will not tangle if brushed twice daily. I would not have let this dog's fur grow out so long if I would have known he was not a pure blood. Because they misrepresented his blood lines he had maybe 2 small tangles, I know because i checked him before i took him to the groomer.They misrepresented my dogs bloodline, and w
