These guys are life savers!!! We were visiting San Antonio in June this past year when our car broke down. On Saturday morning we called a rental car company there and after much prodding they gave us the name of a company that they took their cars to for service. I called Car Pro and Herman said they were completely booked but that he would fit us in and get us back on the road!! Only problem was we needed to have the vehicle towed. He said they had a company that they had worked with and he would call them to see if they could come and pick the vehicle up and tow it to them. He called me back and told me a tow truck was on the way. The tow truck operator was the nicest person I have ever had to deal with in the towing industry!! He even told me he would bill Car Pro so that I could just make one payment for everything!! Herman from Car Pro called me to let me know my vehicle was there and to check back in about 2 hours.
