Review content:
We trusted HRAH with our cat that we loved for 13 years. He was a part of our family. We boarded our cat Simba with HRAH when we went on vacation. During this time they called us reporting they had accepted a flea infested animal in the clinic. They needed to remove all their patients to deflea the premises. They asked for permission to take our cat home for the day. When they took our cat out of the clinic they transported him in a CARDBOARD carrier. The bottom dropped out. If you love your pet do not take them to HRAH under any circumstances. While HRAH has been very supportive in their efforts to find Simba, the bottom line is our loving cat would not have been lost in the first place other than for their complete and utter negligence. They shouldn't have accepted a contaminated animal without taking proper precautions and they certainly should NEVER place someone's cherished pet in a temporary flimsy CARDBOARD carrier!
