I took my cat to the Animal Hospital of Ivy Square for a simple procedure. They made him wait 6 hours past his appointment to take care of him, used different, more expensive, anesthesia, did unnecessary inappropriate lab tests such as sticking a needle through his abdomen to take a urine sample without cause or permission...(I had directed them to do no additional lab work.) They insisted I pay for the inappropriate services before I was given my pet back. They had two good phone numbers to reach me during the procedure. They did a terrible job on what they were suppose to do. I contacted the veterinary board and found other similar complaints against them. When I spoke to the senior vet who took "care" of my pet, he repeatedly changed his story on my pets care. I feel horrible that I subjected my precious pet to this horrible place.
