My family and I went on vacation and we just happened to return earlier than anticipated. When we got back we found our dog had his eye injured (it was scratched and dented) and he needed surgery. They claimed that they didn't cause his eye to be damaged but when we left him there he was fine and if he's under their care, then I expect him to be taken care of.
