Cary Plumbing Co. is top notch. Our water heater was in the attic and decided to start leaking while we were away on vacation. We called Cary Plumbing when we found the mess and they came out immediately. The technician who came out (Brad) disconnected the heater in the attic and drained it to stop the leak. He gave us all of our options for replacing the heater including the installation of a tankless water heater. We called several other companies to get estimates. NONE of them knew as much about the tankless water heater as Brad. He explained every detail about how it worked and what to expect from it. He was up front with us on everything. It didn't feel like he was trying to 'push' tankless at us, but we felt comfortable in choosing it after speaking with him. They were not the cheapest, but they were certainly not the most expensive. We got excellent service at a fair price. Brad installed the new heater the next day and it looks great. Couldn't be more happy with the service. If
