Tried to really overcharge my neighbor because her hot water heater leaked on a weekend. Estimate was so high she chose another company. They charged her anyway for just looking at it. This was a single older lady, and they had her in tears.\r

I made an appointment with them. The were supposed to call before they came so I could meet them, but they didn't. Then, when the plumber arrived he didn't want to do any work because it was too late (3 pm?) If you call the office to complain it falls on deaf ears. Call another plumber. There are plenty others who are more customer friendly.
