My finacee and I stayed at the Red Lion hanalei Hotel and ordered the romance package. We were excited because the package included a free bottle of champagne (Moet was pictured on the website when I made my reservations)and free breakfast.
When we got to the hotel, we were suprised to see a cheap bottle of bad tasting champagne. No where on the internet was there a disclaimer about the champagne being different than the one pictured.
The breakfast was ok, but tasted very bland and could have used some work.
The rooms were nice, but I have seen better. Customer service was ok, but not good or excellent. It seemed they provided the minimum to get by. For the price paid, I feel robbed. I would recommend them for a cheap room for a short stay, but if you are looking for a nice place, spend your money somewhere else.
