Review content:
Jim Taylor is probably the finest vet around. I went to him for many years from the time he took over from Boxwell who was in the old english tudor complex on the grounds in the 60's and 70's and probably before. Taylor is incredibly, energetic, and always tried to help find cost effective solutions for the strays and cast offs that ended up at my farm. However, his wife stepped in and expected every farm cat to be treated like a show cat and that is just not feasible. Her interference was the reason I had to switch vets. Sometimes the business aspect has to take back seat to the practical aspect of helping animals. Making a trip to the vet to rescue a stray cost hundreds of dollars for no practical reason is not what is best for the animal as people will stop trying to care for that segment of animals leading to more animal suffering. So five stars to Jim. None to the money hungry wife. Overall I have to rate it at least 4 because I can no longer use this vet as awesome as h
