If I could give this place negative # of stars, I would. My cat came in with what we later found out was a scorpion sting (we found out from another vet). \r \r When we bought our kitten in, she got under the sink, and sliced her little nose open on something under there. Then, the "vet assistant" (who looks about 14) "cleaned" it with kleenex. She cleaned an open wound with cheap kleenex. \r \r I complained to the vet and he acted like it was no big deal that my kitten, who was already bloated and couldn't walk, got a huge cut on her face from his exam room. Which, by the way, looks like it was last updated pre-Vietnam war era, with furniture from a mobile home. \r \r Secondly, I brought in a print out of a webpage where it says a free first visit- no such thing. They "FORGOT" to change it. They said I'm the first one who has asked about it. I'm calling BS + false advertising on that. So then I asked about the $25 office visit, but since I didn't have a printout of it, I couldn't
