We found the staff at Advanced Water Systems to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had another brand of water unit in our house, but couldn't get them to come out and fix it. Advanced Water Systems never cut them down or spoke badly about them. They gave us options to fix up our water problems. We didn't feel any pressure from them to buy at all. We talked it over and thought that Advanced Water's service rep was knew more about water problems than Kinetico's did. Also we love having electronics on the equipment so we know what is going on with it all the time! My wife loves how her skin & hair feels now. Plus, using the peroxide has gotten rid of all our sulfer smell! We have referred several family & friends to Advanced Water Systems.
