I have to say that I was extremely impressed by the professional and welcoming atmosphere at the MileOne Heritage Chrysler Jeep dealership. The employees treated me with respect and dignity the entire time I was there. From my salesman to the general store manager, I experienced an honest and upfront approach. They were fair, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I did not feel as if any employee I encountered was trying to "get one over on me" but instead I felt that they treated me like a member of their family. They were able to answer any and all questions I had about various vehicles and patiently endured my questions. After deciding on a vehicle, my experience in the finance office was just as pleasurable. The finance manager made me feel comfortable and at home. She was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all of my options. She helped me consider and weigh my options in order to make the best decisions for me. Overall, this experience was enjoyable and I will definitely retur
