A big thank you goes out to Nancy and Mel of Heritage Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. Both Nancy and Mel went above and beyond their normal duties to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied during my recent visit to their place of business. They helped to make my visit, the best experience I have ever had at an auto dealership in the Baltimore/Parkville/Towson area. Both, Nancy and Mel were kind, patient, dedicated, knowledgeable and professional. There was never any pressure to make a purchase that day. Instead, they encouraged me to take my time in making a decision on my new vehicle. Nancy offered tons of great advice, especially during side by side vehicle comparisons and test drives. When recommending cars, Nancy listened and took into account my personality, daily needs, travel concerns and lifestyle.
