I amended the review below after speaking with Karen at Heritage....evidently, GMAC initially disapproved my loan application because I had a fraud alert on my report...even though I spoke with them weeks ago and they did fund the loan, they sent me a letter saying it was denied, ruined my weekend, drove me crazy until I was able to speak with Heritage today. So Heritage did not, in fact, screw up, and I apologize for thinking they were pulling something to try to get me to resign at a higher rate of interest...my bad. My distrust of car dealers in general is showing, I guess. \r \r **I bought a new Liberty from Heritage on 8/17/09, got a good, not fabulous price on the car, and all-in-all, I was reasonably satisfied until yesterday. Jeep was running a $3,000 rebate OR 0% financing for 60 mos deal. I'd bought my previous Jeep for 0% via Chrysler and it's the way to go. I opted for this incentive, never anticipated a problem because I'd pulled my own credit score about 10 days prior and
