Review content:
I lived in one of the historic lofts at this property overlooking Howard street. While the view was not fantastic, the apartment itself had lots of character. The open floor plan, exposed brick, lofted second bedroom and cool pully coming out of the wall were all great details. The ceilings were at least 20 feet and amazing. There was quite a bit of street noise from the light rail below, but is something you get used to pretty quickly. The surrounding are still needs to see some improvement, but never felt unsafe during daylight hours. We had occasional noise issues with our neighbor and thin walls, and some bug issues when we first moved in, but these were all resolved. Overall, we miss this apartment!
