I feel this is a nice place for your dogs and cats. They have separate doors for dogs and cats so they don't come in contact with each other. The staff is very friendly and caring. They were pretty good in helping make appointments when our pug was hurt. We really was appreciative to the staff for helping recommend a pet sitter to us. We wanted someone we could trust with our pets and our house. It was Christmas time and they jumped in to help us. One bad thing happened a few years back in the summer, we had our regular check up for the dogs and when we returned home we found fleas. I was very disappointed and know it could happen but they wasn't very sympathetic. For a owner to know how hard it is to get rid of them and to be flea free for 5 years that was very upsetting.
PROS: friendly staff, reasonable prices
