I have ordered items and had them engraved and have always been pleased with the customer service, the work, and speed with which they dealt with my order. Several items of personal jewelry have been repaired by them very satisfactorily. The clerks are knowledgeable and helpful, and the work is quick and well done. They phone as soon as the item is ready, or just to keep me informed. \r
The selection of jewelry for purchase seems good.
