Review content:
the place smells horrible. Examining rooms filthy: Huge pee stains on chairs. Staff laughing and mocking those who bring animals in...talking loudly about customers in full hearing of those waiting in examining rooms. Disrespect. A simple visit turns into a long, unnecessary exam to add a lot of cost to the visit...all sorts of tests added on to bump up the charges.
Staff rude and loud, making angry comments to customers in waiting room. Place needs an overhaul and an attitude adjustment.
