This is not a chain store and you get one on one personalized attention from the owner. He is very knowledgeable about vacuums and can give advice on the best unit for carpet or wood floors. I have a Panasonic upright vacuum that is the best upright I have ever owned and is not available in chain stores. Also I have a small upright I use on my wood floors and nothing gets them as clean as this vacuum. This business is very professional, they have great deals. Store is clean and kept up - would highly recommend. They also do repairs on all vacuums.
