I just had my carpets cleaned and am dissatisfied. The carpet guy just left and I looked closer at my rooms.
The last time I had them cleaned by a different outfit, they actually moved the furniture somewhat and cleaned under the dressers and beds. Although my bed is 12 inches off the ground he didnt' clean it.
Also, he did not clean the area behind the doors.
There was a bunch of water left on the hardwood floor of the hallway.
I called them up after he left and explained what I had found. They asked if I wanted him to come back, and I said no, because I needed to go somewhere. They said that they did not clean under the beds because the equipment wouldn't suction and they said he should have cleaned behind the doors.
They said he should have cleaned up the water with his own towels and used mine as doormats so the floor wouldn't get slippery.
They offered me a discount on my next service, but I'm thinking I don't want to use them again.
I wouldn't recommend this service.
