I needed some windows replaced. Thank God I just started with three (I have 36 total). I called the VZ Glass,Co. and had to call 3 times. before someone contacted me 2 weeks later. I had just about given up on them when they returned my call.. Once they did come out,.. I could not believe their unprofessional job: caulk caked, smeared and applied in an uneven beam all around the windows, mixed with black threads protruding out between the glass and the frame, broken pieces of glass left laying on my roof..After several phone calls and unkept promises to come and correct the problem, I finally made some photos of the windows and took them to their place of business where I spoke with a woman who said she was the owner's wife. She told me she was embarrassed by the poor work, apologized and promised to definitely correct the problem. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! \r
I WOULD, MOST DEFINITELY AND EMPHATICALLY, NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!
