I am a current resident of Berkshires on Lynn Lake! It does'nt matter where you live, there will always be an issue or two that you may have to deal with but if its fixable, let it get fixed and keep it moving. I joined this community in May of 2009 and since then I have met some incredible people! I love and enjoy living in my apartment. I rarely bother the staff here, but when I do come to visit (with my rent check), I am always pleasantly greeted by great professional women. I enjoy the fact that I don't worry about who is in my neighborhood. I say this because the neighbors that I've met are always friendly toward me and there is just a great sense of community here. The apartments are older but are well maintained by a friendly maintenance staff. The most important aspects of apartment living for me are convienience, safety, and great customer service. I have found all of these qualities in my apartment and any issues that I have had, I've addressed them and they were taken care
