Review content:
Merry maids was hired to clean an apartment my sister was vacating. They were supposed to show up first thing in the morning but rescheduled at the last minute. The people they sent didn't speak English. When they were gone, so were my sisters mop and broom. They changed the story as to how this came about several times. Did they make any effort to quickly return the items? No. But we were told we could come to their office to pick them up and I ended up having to take time from work to do so. Was I offered anything to compensate for the inconvenience ? No. I would not trust these people to clean a doghouse. Very unprofessional and apparently untrustworthy.
