An installer from this business came to install my hardwood floor in my kitchen just before my husband left for Afghanistan. My husband had asked them to nail it down, but DAN BORKHARDT assured us it would be fine if he just glued it. Two months later it had all popped up. I called Dan on several occassions trying to get him to fix the problem. He kept lying to me saying that he would come to the house and fix it, but would never show up. He then stopped answering the phone when I called. I tried going to Carpet Mania several times and they kept telling me that they would get him out to fix it, but they never did. I now have an Australian Cyprus floor which cost well over $1000 that looks like total crap and was a total waste of money thanks to DAN BORKHARDT. I wouldn't let this guy install a floor in my doghouse!!! Thank You to my husband for going to fight for our country so idiots llike this can take advantage of his wife and his money while he is a half a world away defendi
