My family and others we know would not take our cars anywhere else. We go way out of our way to take our cars to Prewitt's for any repairs or major maintenance work. Why? Because we we were referred to Prewitt's by someone we trusted about 20 years ago, and we have found Leland Prewitt to be a skilled and HONEST mechanic. Prewitt's is family owned and very friendly. Wife Angie mans the front desk, son Payton (whom we watched grow up) and son-in-law John are also excellent mechanics - most likely because they have a great teacher. Their work is excellent and the charges are fair. Worth the drive from Wilmington Island!
