Review content:
Purchased new unit from Hammocks 10/09 and kept under service contract. Hammocks forgot to service first summer. I had to call them in August. They said just wait till fall. Unit died 5/12. First tech said nothing they did, didn't look at system and then told me I'd have to decide if was going to pay for his visit. I asked him to leave and had another tech sent out. He said, "Who installed this unit? Horrible job. 5 leaks, wrong filter in (they serviced 4 weeks earlier), and no one has ever cleaned the pump. Company sent another tech out to repair and while repairing one leak inside wall (6th leak may or may not have been Hammocks fault it was leaking depending on how hard they yanked on pipes when installing unit-I paid them $300 to repair this) set the inside of my wall on fire. They put the fire out with the garden hose. Hammocks refused to do anything about the fire/water damage. 5 total visits to my house to repair. 5 half days of work off to let them in. Leak in wal
