Upon initial appearance, this place looks decent. But I was fooled. I moved out of the Palisades last March, ending what I feel was a completely draining, stressful experience. I now live in Metro 112, in downtown Bellevue. It's a brand new apartment, super nice, super secure, super quiet, with my own washer and dryer...and it costs exactly the same, if you account for the fact that although the rent is a little bit higher, the electricity bill is about $150 lower! I LOVE it, and I've been at the Metro now for 9 months. I put this here so that you don't think I'm a negative Nancy, because I'm about to tell you how bad the Palisades are:\r

1) Bad insulation. In the winter, it was impossible to keep warm, and SUPER expensive. I had a thermostat in each bedroom and the living room, and I had to just keep the living room one turned all the way down, and just shut my door and live in the bedrooms to even VAGUELY afford the electricity, as all the warm air was nullified by the sing
