This management office files erroneous debts to credit bureaus, harasses ex-tenants, and acts indifferent to its existing tenants problems. They lie to their clients and are very deceitful. I know someone who had a dispute and they conveniently misplaced any files that would exonerate the debt until it was found by my friend. There actions indicated that they knew, that the debt was invalid but were being deceptive. They then threatened with bad credit and rental remarks unless they were paid. Luckily, my friend was able to prove his case and was able to stop the damage. Interestingly, I found that others had similar problems and that this is a common practice for them. It is sad to think of the amount of people that do not have the ability of resources to defend themselves from this type of unethical business practice. They also use illegal contracts to try and intimidate people who do not know their legal rights. And lastly, they have a habit of keeping deposits from their t
