At first, I was very skeptical about any tire company that isn't a franchise but PTO proved me wrong. I first heard of them through a total stranger on the street when I was asking where Wheel Works was located for Toyota Camry oil change because I had their coupon but he recommended Pacific Tires Outlet and added, "I've always change my tires at PTO," so when I approached the manager Phil Sweat, he squeezed me in for an oil change even though they were about to close. Now THAT is good service. 5/5\r

I personally love places where they value their customers so of course, needless to say, I came back the second time for an oil change. They quoted, "will be done in one hour" in which they took my car in after 10 minutes. Btw, they rotate your tires for free in any type of service but you just need to ask. Another 5/5\r
