Dr Sartor has been seeing my three cats since he acquired the business from Dr Williams in 2003. I had been one of Dr Williams' clients previously. He has been patient with me and my pets - some of whom are known for not having the nicest disposition. He is top flight in knowledge and in customer service. He recently trained me to do some pretty advanced home care of one of my ailing animals. He is in things for the long haul and takes individual needs and capabilities into consideration when suggesting a treatment plan. It is all about giving both the pet and the owner a good quality of life. I have moved away from the immediate area, but the drive for the best care around is indeed worth it.
PROS: Thorough and Caring
CONS: Heck of a drive but worth it
