Review content:
Once we sat down and signed a contract, that is when they started the switch. The changes and agreements for the contract that we both parties signed were on the plans we red lined,salesman never copied nor did we ever get to see again. Any notes in the contract that refer to drawings for details were they always disputed. Salesman who had the plans left the company and then came back after pool was complete. They would lie to your face about details even though they were on the plans submitted to county just to save a buck.
